In the era of globalization and digital transformation, modern enterprises are increasingly focusing on building professional, cohesive, and adaptive working environments to enhance competitiveness and integration into international markets. Internal communication and corporate culture have emerged as two core elements that determine an organization’s sustainable development. Effective internal communication not only serves as a tool for delivering information but also helps spread core values, foster employee engagement, and build trust between leadership and staff.
Moreover, in today’s multicultural workplaces—especially in companies operating internationally or involving foreign personnel—cultural differences can become barriers to communication, cooperation, and management. Therefore, understanding and managing the relationship between internal communication and corporate culture is essential to maintaining internal stability, improving work efficiency, and strengthening global competitiveness.

Previous studies have highlighted the importance of internal communication in enhancing organizational management and shaping corporate culture (Ninh, 2022; Hà, 2019; Welch & Jackson, 2007). At the same time, research by Yue et al. (2021), Martins et al. (2018), and Prasetya & Kartikawangi (2021) emphasizes the bidirectional relationship between internal communication and corporate culture: effective communication helps form strong corporate culture, while corporate culture, in turn, shapes the communication style and practices of an organization.
Furthermore, scholars such as Li (2024), Khomenko et al. (2015), and Brondoni (2006) have pointed out the powerful influence of globalization and digitization on the transformation of communication systems and corporate cultural identity. Key factors such as cross-cultural communication, digital platforms, and global competition are reshaping the way organizations operate and preserve internal culture.
